Course Description: Learn how to get into the commercial inspection business.  This 2-day course will cover everything from obtaining the work, pricing the inspection, insurance requirements, commercial pre-inspection agreements, technical aspects, the “team approach” and use of specialized contractors and report writing according to commercial SoP.

Instructor: David Goldstein, ACI, is the Director of Education for Inspector Education Institute in Robbinsville, NJ. David is an NJ, DE, and NY licensed home inspector and an NJ and PA licensed building inspector with over 40 years experience. David has been training home inspectors for over 30 years. He is a court qualified expert in several states and a frequent speaker at educational seminars throughout the country.
