Change Payment Status to Refund

This process does not actually refund money. That must be done in Stripe. This process is to be used after money has been refunded so the website understands money has been refunded.

Go to the WordPress Dashboard and Paid Member Subscriptions which is in the Membership Area then select Payments.

Find the member that was issued a refund and hover over their username. Next click on Edit. You can see the status of their payment in the far left-hand column.

Go to status and click on the drop-down arrow.

Select refund and then click on save payment.
