Troubleshooting Member List Issues:

  1. The person has paid but doesn’t realize the directory listing is randomized and there are multiple pages.
  2. The person was a membership level that does NOT have a directory listing (i.e. associate, promotional, etc.)
  3. The member has not paid (not current)
  4. The member is set to NIGS (Not in good standing) status. Check with Treasurer to verify payment before change status!

Please rule all of these potential issues out first. If none of these apply then contact a website administrator.
