William Frost recently served as 2021 Secretary of the Board for the St. Louis Chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). 

He brings thirty-five years of construction, remodeling, and team management experience to the organization and when he is not in the field performing home or commercial inspections he is helping with marketing, bookkeeping and answering the phones.

He grew up in Edwardsville, Illinois and after proudly serving in the US Navy as an electronics technician he returned to the Saint Louis area and now resides Olivette, Missouri. He helps manage the marketing and operations at Evergreen Property Inspectors while providing ongoing support to inspectors in the field.

Will is a graduate of the ASHI School Hands-On Home Inspection Training Program and is an active member in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is appropriately licensed to perform home inspections, radon measurements, and other testing services in Missouri and Illinois. ASHI Certified Inspector 248064. Illinois Home Inspector License 450011974. Licensed Radon Measurement Professional RNI2018227 and member of the Midwest American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists. ​Illinois Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor License 563.002377. William enjoys spending family time with his wife, three children, seven grandchildren, four siblings and the rest of the extended family throughout the greater Saint Louis Region. He is enjoying all that life has to offer and you’ll often see him at sporting and music events around town.
