This session offers an in-depth presentation on inspecting a newly constructed home, including the inspection scope and limitations, criteria for inspecting every component and system from the ground up, and the requirements for inspection reporting.
Plumbing …… presented by Mike Casey
This session will explore various new plumbing product introductions and their functions with respect to their intended performance. We will also discuss various new plumbing-related regulations and issues, including chloramine EPDM degradation. Additionally, we will discuss modalities and evidence of failures and/or improper installations and review several actual case studies. Our emphasis will be on the importance of keeping up to date with all systems to be a cutting-edge inspector.
