I have over 38 years in the construction industry. I have managed projects in the U.S. and in other countries. I have an Associates of Applied Science in Commercial Engineering and Design. I have passed the National Home Inspectors Examination. I have trained in Texas through ATI, Inspector Training School and on the job training in Missouri. Spanish is my second language.
