St. Louis ASHI CE Verification

The chapter will be issuing electronic certificates for each meeting, seminar, or event you attend. It will be your responsibility to complete a question and answer verification process for each certificate (ie. round table, main speaker, seminars, peer review, etc..). You will be provided with the pass phrase to each verification question at every event. We will no longer track ASHI CE’s outside of the certificate process. So if you don’t complete the event CE verification you will not get credit for the CE’s. In the event that you are audited we will make every effort to assist as best possible.

To receive ASHI Approved CE’s for attending the peer review you must complete this section. To claim your earned CEs on line and receive your CE Certificate, you must complete the verification question(s) within three days of the event. During the event, you will receive a pass phrase, without the pass phrase you will not be able to claim your CE’s and receive a CE certificate. This process is the only way to claim and receive CE’s. The chapter will are no longer tracking CE’s for our members. It is your responsibility to track your own CE’s.
